It has been reported this afternoon that former president and 2024 presidential candidate Donald Trump has been indicted by a Manhattan grand jury.
The charges come from a grand jury convened by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg in relation to payments made to Stormy Daniels.
Kari Lake responded to the news in a tweet where she reported, “They just indicted President Trump.”
“Unfortunately for them, this will only make him. stronger,” Lake insisted.
Lake continued, “I didn’t think I could possibly support him more, but this political Witch Hunt only strengthens our resolve to fight.”
“We’ve got your back, Mr. President,” Lake declared.

It seemed to many like perhaps Trump was going to avoid charges as talk of an indictment had quieted down when he wasn’t charged last week as it had been speculated.
