Woman Accuses ‘Cart Narcs’ Vlogger of Being a ‘Crazy White Person’, Almost Wrecks Car After Refusing to Return Two Carts

You may have seen “Cart Narcs” videos on social media. In a recent video, “viral vigilante”, “agent Sebastian” confronts a woman in Barstow, California. It appears that the woman in the SUV left two carts in the parking spot next to hers instead of walking them to the cart corral a few feet away. The video of the encounter can be seen below.

Agent Sebastian puts a car magnet on the front of the woman’s car. This is when the woman acknowledges his presence. The woman in the SUV says, “what is this, are you serious”. Agent Sebastian explains what he is doing, “narcing out folks who don’t take their carts back”.

He then gestures to the cart corral, “it’s right there and you just left them in the middle of the spot”. She asks what is on her car. He informs her the magnet has the Cart Narcs’ number on it and she can call them and they can talk to her about how not to be lazy in the future.

The woman in the SUV wants him to remove the magnet she informs him, “I don’t need your number”. Agent Sebastian’s response is, “clearly you do if you’re leaving your carts out”. She informs him she wants it off her car. He makes her an offer, “if you take your carts back I tell you what I’ll take it back [the car magnet]”. She starts to back up leaving the car magnet and the carts in place while saying, “You all white people are crazy”.

Agent Sebastian yells to alert her to “watch out”. There was another car pulling out and it appeared she was close to backing into them. He then asks her, “what does it have to do with being white?”. She replies. “’cause that’s just something white people do”. It’s unclear if she means return carts or confronting, as Agent Sebastian would put it, “lazybones” who don’t put their carts back.

Agent Sebastian clarifies, “Cart Narcs doesn’t discriminate based on race!” She drives off. Frustrated that she did not return her carts Agent Sebastian calls it a “sad day”. The encounter ends with him wiping down the carts which we believe he returned to the cart corral.

Cart Narcs has many other videos showcasing “lazybones” who don’t put their carts away. Some of the people agent Sebastian confronts do end up taking personal responsibility and put their carts away. The video below is a recap of some of this last year’s encounters.
