Zuckerberg and Dorsey Admit they Don’t Have Information to Show NYP Story is Russian, Zuckerberg Punts to FBI to Clarify

Today is the Senate Hearing with Mark Zuckerberg, Jack Dorsey, and Sundar Pichai. Although many Democrats lambasted the big tech titans for what they claim to be not enough moderation of right-wing content and fears of ‘antisemitism and white supremacy’, it’s clear that the main agenda of this hearing was alleged bias against conservatives.

Mark Zuckerberg in fact admitted that a large majority of his employees are likely left-leaning, although that doesn’t prove that the company is going out of their way to hire more left-leaning employees, it certainly isn’t a good look in our view.

At one point in the hearing, US Senator Roger Wicker (R-MS) asked if there was any evidence that Jack Dorsey or Mark Zuckerberg have that a specific New York Post Hunter Biden expose that was throttled by Facebook and at one point censored by Twitter was a part of Russian disinformation.

House Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) who obviously wasn’t at the hearing has pushed that idea along with other Democrats. Both Jack and Mark admitted they have no knowledge of any Russian source in the New York Post story, but Zuckerberg alluded to the FBI, saying that it’s up to them to prove that one way or another ultimately.

“Mr. Dorsey, did I understand you to say that you have no information indicating that the New York Post story about Hunter Biden has a Russian source, did I understand correctly?”

“Yes, not that I’m aware of,” says Jack. “And is that also your answer Mr. Zuckerberg, that you have no information at all to indicate that Russia was the source of the New York Post article?” Zuckerberg went on to answer with “Senator, I would rely on the FBI to make that assessment”. “But you don’t have any such information do you?” Says Wicker. “I do not myself,” says Zuckerberg.
