As we previously reported, Fox News’ Tucker Carlson announced that he would be interviewing newly exonerated Kyle Rittenhouse for his show tomorrow night.
A picture of a beaming Rittenhouse was shared in a tweet today, showing him with his mom, Wendy Rittenhouse, and others at a Tiki bar & grill.
Trump supporter “Scott” said in a now-deleted tweet, “Kyle is in Englewood Florida and has an interview with Tucker on Boca Grande which is the badass little island I’ve been working on for months. Welcome to Florida bro.”
Jenna Ellis revealed the identity of one of the Rittenhouse’s guests when she tweeted in response, “I spy @Jillie_Alexis.”
Verified Trump-supporting Twitter user Jillian Anderson replied “busted.”
Today, Wendy told Fox News that there’s no “winning or losing” in the wake of her son’s acquittal in the trial and that she believes if he could do it over again, he would not have gone to Kenosha, Wisconsin on the night of August 25, 2020
“It’s not about winning or losing, There were two people that did pass away and families have grieved,” Wendy told Fox News correspondent Alexis McAdams.
Wendy insisted, “He does have remorse. He would have never went down there if this would have ever happened again. He would never.”
Some were critical of “Scott” for sharing the picture and he added in a subsequent tweet, “Chill bro, Full disclosure I didn’t take the pic, a friend shared it and I was happy to see the kid smiling enjoying the lovely state of Florida. I’m not somebody you need to follow I’m just a blue collar guy. Not trying to dox the kid, or get him or myself clipped. Gawddd.”

Carlson shared a clip of the interview with Kyle, which showed him wearing the same outfit as he was in the picture.
In the clip, Kyle said, “I tell everybody there of what happened, ‘I had to do it,’ I was just attacked. I was dizzy, I was vomiting, I couldn’t breathe.”
