Apparently, not only did prosecutors falsely claim to not know his identity, but they also rejected his request to make a deal for his testimony in the Rittenhouse case.
Count 3, against Rittenhouse, involves ‘Jump kick man’. First-degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, Use of a Dangerous Weapon. The charge details, “Video shows an unknown man leaping at Rittenhouse and trying to kick him seconds before Anthony Huber moves his skateboard toward him. Rittenhouse appears to fire two rounds at the man but apparently misses as the man runs away.”
It appears that the defense may have had some knowledge of Freeland contacting prosecutors but isn’t quite clear at this time.
We reported earlier that, the apparent felon was claiming to be ‘Jump Kick Man’.
An expert who testified at the trial stated that Kyle fired after he was attacked by ‘Jump Kick Man’.
With each passing day since the closing statements, there seems to be more drama coming from the prosecution as well as from the media.
