Judiciary Committee Chair Rep. Jerry Nadler (NY) isn’t happy with the verdict from the Kyle Rittenhouse case. Although it’s no surprise, he is calling for federal review of the case by the DOJ. Nadler shared his feelings on Twitter.
“This heartbreaking verdict is a miscarriage of justice and sets a dangerous precedent which justifies federal review by DOJ. Justice cannot tolerate armed persons crossing state lines looking for trouble while people engage in First Amendment-protected protest.”

Nadler was one of the faces of former President Trump’s first impeachment. Many people believe that Nadler puts feelings before facts. Trump offended many with his style of leadership including Nadler.
Rittenhouse was convicted in the court of public opinion quickly after the events of the night in Kenosha took place. Now that the Jury in the actual trial has come back and acquitted him on all charges, many feel that justice was not served as the mainstream media messaging seemingly convicted him before any trial.
Nadler’s tweet shows he probably hasn’t been watching the trial but was maybe only waiting on a verdict. Rittenhouse’s father lives in Kenosha and this is how he is tied to the city. He may have resided in another state with his mother which was only 30 minutes away from Kenosha.
Biden’s DOJ has been seemingly eager to do the bidding of the Democrats. DOJ most recently started to investigate and track parents who angrily showed up to school board meetings.
Biden has already commented saying, “Look, I stand by what the jury has concluded. The jury system works, and we have to abide by it.”
With so many opinions running rampant on the internet, the fact is Kyle Rittenhouse has been cleared of all charges.
