The Utah Legislature has passed a resolution that denounces critical race theory and recommends that the board of education remove it from all curriculum. The bill’s chief sponsor is Utah House Representative Steve Christiansen.
Writer Christopher F Rufo tweeted, “WINNING: The Utah State House and Senate have passed a resolution denouncing critical race theory and asking the Board of Education to ban CRT indoctrination from the state curriculum. We are winning the fight against state-sanctioned racism. Onward!”

The resolution asks that the board of education respond to the resolution in which the legislature is requesting that critical race theory be removed from the curriculum.
The resolution recommends specific aspects of critical race theory do not show up in the curriculum. The resolution asks that the curriculum does not include, one race is inherently superior or inferior to another race; that an individual should be discriminated against or receive adverse treatment because of the individual’s race, or that an individual’s moral character is determined by the individual’s race.
A recommendation is also made that no training or training material, that the Utah Board of Education or local agency provides, includes the pervious described concepts. Such as the material that can be seen below. This material was provided to staff at an Idaho middle school.
The above material was provided by AVID a College and Career Readiness System which schools can purchase to use. However, Idaho legislature has since passed a bill targeting critical race theory in schools.
Recently we reported that Montana’s State Superintendent asked Montana Attorney General Austin Knudsen to investigate whether promoting critical race theory violates the Civic Rights Act of 1964.
Some states are pushing back on leftwing talking points and standing against anti-white racism, racism is not color specific as critical race theory would lead you to believe.
