LIN WOOD: Judge Timothy Batten Just Issued Emergency Order Not to Wipe or Reset Georgia Voting Machines

Lin Wood is an attorney who has been helping President Trump try to prove that there was enough voter fraud to overturn some key states in the 2020 presidential election. The mainstream media has already called the race for Joe Biden.

President Trump has not conceded though but says he will leave peacefully in January if the electors all choose Biden. This has not happened yet and Trump’s team continues to fight onward in their uphill battle to get enough courts and judges to review the evidence they have been working to compile.

Lin Wood just made a major announcement. According to him, and pictures he has posted to Twitter of documents, a Georgia judge just ruled that voting machines are to be stopped from being wiped or reset.

It appears as though, based on tweets on his feed, some have already been getting cleared although we haven’t yet verified all this outside of Lin Wood’s tweets as of yet. Lin first tweeted:

“Emergency Order just entered by Judge Timothy C. Batten, Sr.: “Defendants are ordered to maintain the statue quo & are temporarily enjoined from wiping or resetting any voting machines in the State of Georgia until further order of the Court.” Stop the steal NOW @BrianKempGA.”

Lin has been pushing Republican Governor Brian Kemp to do more to help Trump and his legal team. Kemp was spotted posting a lot of non-political family vacation pictures to social media lately, which is all good and fine, but it does indicate he has largely taken a hands-off approach.

This is in addition to the major Senate runoff races with Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue going on in his state as well. Lin further tweeted just before the one we showed you:

“GA officials performing “software update” on Fulton County voting machines at this very moment at World Congress Center. They are trying to erase the evidence by scrubbing the machines with litigation pending. BLOW YOUR HORNS. PATRIOTS. This cannot stand.”

And then after:

He then called out Governor Kemp again, as well as the Georgia Secretary of State:

It’s important for Republicans to fight as hard as they can to expose any possible wrongdoing, whether it turns over any elections or not. The fact is it will be harder and harder for Republicans in statewide and federal races to win as demographics continue to favorably shift for Democrats.

Many who try to make this point within the Republican party get pushed aside or not listened to, but meanwhile liberal media outlets themselves continue to push the information themselves and taunt the GOP that Demographic shifts are against them.

It’s time the Republicans wake up and smell the coffee in our view and at least acknowledge what’s happening so they can come up with a better viability game plan.

Meanwhile, time will tell how Lin Wood’s most recent revelations will affect current or future elections, if at all, as more information continues to come out about this developing story.
