Lawsuit Against Andy Ngo by Antifa Members Dropped 12 Days After it was Filed

Antifa members Grace Morgan and Melissa Lewis filed a law suit against Andy NGO earlier this month alleging that he stole video from them and shared it. Their lawsuit was supposedly an effort to stop Ngo from sharing their videos.

Jack Psobiec shared Andy Ngo’s tweet sharing the news the with the caption “MASSIVE”.

“Breaking: The lawsuit filed against me by Portland #Antifa members Melissa Lewis & Grace Morgan has been withdrawn 12 days after it was filed. Thank you @Liberty_Ctr, @pnjaban & @RonColeman. You can support my ongoing lawsuit against Antifa for assault at: https://libertycenter.org/cases/justice-for-andy-ngo/”

It appears the suit was dropped on the 21st of December as lawyers for the defendants with drew their complaint and the case was dismissed without prejudice.

Harmeet K Dhillon shared a picture of the official filing on Twitter with, “Well well… it looks like the frivolous Antifa troll lawsuit against our @Liberty_Ctr client @MrAndyNgo was quietly dismissed after an honest discussion amongst counsel. A meet and confer that yielded an efficient result! A Christmas miracle! [Christmas tree emoji] [Santa emoji] Ho Ho Ho!”

Ngo has continually reported on the activities of Portland area Antifa. Ngo was assaulted by Antifa in the summer of 2019 when a milkshake that contained cement was hurled at his head.

We also reported on another alleged attack he faced where he hid in a Portland area hotel.

It seems that Ngo continues to profile and report on the actions of the Portland area Antifa regardless of their threats and actions against him.
