During a recent White House call, left-wing actress Debra Messing reportedly threw tantrum as she lashed out over the recent Roe vs. Wade ruling.
Messing was among dozens of celebrity Democratic supporters and activists who joined the call last made.
According to the report, Messing said she’d gotten Joe Biden elected and wanted to know why she was being asked to do anything at all, yelling that there didn’t even seem a point to voting.
Messing was not alone as others also wondered why the call was happening.
Participants received a follow-up email that afternoon with a list of basic talking points as well as suggestions of Biden speech clips to share on TikTok.
In 2019, a year prior to the presidential election, we reported:
Star of ‘Will and Grace’, Debra Messing, along with co-star Erick McCormack wants Trump supporters who attend a planned Beverly Hills fundraiser for President Trump’s 2020 campaign, named and shamed. In Hollywood, most people tend to vote for the Democrat ticket, and even more so, famous cultural icons, actors and other stars often but not always promote so-called progressive causes and Democrat candidates.
Actress Debra Messing, furious that Trump plans to be hosting a shindig in her neck of the woods blasted out a tweet. This was accompanied by a retweet of a post by Hollywood Reporter announcing the fundraiser. Messing says:
“Please print a list of all attendees please. The public has a right to know.“
Erick McCormack also fired off proverbial shots at the would-be Trump-supporting attendees, beckoning the Hollywood Reporters to do their due diligence to try to call out the folks going. Apparently these Hollywood folks want anyone supporting President Trump and his policies, not only disagreed with but to suffer monetary loss and be blacklisted from future Hollywood gigs because of their simple expressions of free speech. This free speech isn’t something controversial either but simply supporting the current President of the United States.
“Hey, @THR, kindly report on everyone attending this event, so the rest of us can be clear about who we don’t wanna work with. Thx.”
