Details Emerge on Fox News Host who Announced Valentine’s Day Breakup, Estranged Husband Reportedly put Knife to her Throat

New details about Fox News’ Julie Banderas’ soon-to-be ex-husband have come to light.

Her husband Andrew Sansone was arrested on December 19th for holding a knife to his wife’s throat just a few days earlier. He was arrested for menacing and criminal possession of a weapon. Banderas was granted a restraining order by a judge.

Banderas shared that her husband was apparently angry with her for eating mashed potatoes he had prepared for their three children. This resulted in Sansone holding a steak knife to Banderas’s throat.

The couple had been arguing through the day over their pending divorce, money, and custody of their children.

Sansone had filed for divorce in March of last year but the couple has continued to live together through the court process.

She appeared on Gutfeld! the week before Valentine’s day, when she announced her divorce publicly.

She told Gutfeld, “F*ck Valentine’s day”. In response to his asking if she was getting anything for Valentine’s day, she said, “It’s stupid.”

“Well, I am going to get a divorce. I am going to say it right here for the first time,” she shared on the show. The audience clapped, Tyrus a regular on the show asked “you clap for that?”

“Congratulations are in order. If you know me, you’d clap,” she responded.

According to the Daily Mail, they had a contentious relationship before Sansone filed for divorce, but it escalated from there.
