Aaron Rodgers’ Personal Pro-life View Sends Liberals into a Tizzy

While on Bill Maher’s Podcast, Greenbay Packers Quarterback Aaron Rodgers shared that he is pro-life. He then added a huge caveat, he doesn’t belive the government should be able to tell you what to do with your body.

Rodgers shared, “I don’t believe the government should have any control over what we do with our bodies.” continuing he said, “As much as I might lean pro-life, I don’t want the government to tell me I can’t smoke a cigar, I can’t have a drink of alcohol, I can’t choose my own medical decisions. And if I’m a woman, don’t f**king tell me what do.”

“Like whether or not I agree with what you decide to do, who cares, and the government should not have a decision that infringes upon my own personal freedoms.”

Obviously, by his words he thinks abortion is wrong but doesn’t believe government should be involved.

Just the fact that he said he is pro-life enraged many, they shared there thoughts on Twitter.

Donald Blake shared, “He’s a guy… it’s none of his fucking business anyway. Or anybody else’s but the pregnant woman. Who gives a flying fuck what an idiot thinks?!? That’s why Bill Maher sucks now.”

Twitter user Seesawrrr at least caught he doesn’t want the government involved sharing, “Well, at least he was half decent on some topics like woman’s body autonomy. 50% on point”.

Paul1962 thinks Rodgers needs to stick to football, “We’re ALL waiting with baited breath to find out! Woo hoo! white man has opinions. Like every other fucking dude. Geezus H Christ, no one literally gives a fuck about this jackass. Just show up & throw the ball jag off.”

Old Man Dan isn’t a fan of either Maher or Rodgers. “Fuck Aaron Rodgers and Bill Maher.”

Twitter user Beach.please shared what they belive he should have said instead not having a uterus. “He should’ve said – not my business, I don’t have a uterus.”

My Sharona was also bothered with Rodgers personal views. “Who is Aaron Rodgers (some sports dude?)? And I should give a flying fig about his or Bill Maher’s opinion on a woman’s right to govern her own body WHY????!!!!”

Pro-abortion liberals were quite bothered by Rodgers personal view, which many other Americans hold. Many Americans don’t agree with abortion, but also don’t want to tell anyone else what to do with their body, and certainly don’t want the government involved.

The extreme leftist do want the government involved. Some of them want the option on the table to abort throughout the pregnancy, something that seems irrational as hormones and emotions are all over the place when one is pregnant.

With Roe vs. Wade being overturned by the Supreme Court earlier this year, the power to make these legislative decisions has been returned to the states for now. Many in Congress on both sides are working on abortion bills, and it sounds like the Senate is looking to pass a bill that would legalize abortion until the 15th week of pregnancy.

Abortion is something most people have a strongly held viewpoint on, and it easily to cause conflict which ever side you are on.
