Monday, it was revealed that journalist Lara Logan, had been dropped by United Talent Agency (UTA) a few weeks ago, over comments made about Anthony Fauci.
Back in November, Logan was on Fox News Prime Time. The topic was Anthony Fauci, the US infectious diseases expert, and White House chief medical adviser. Logan said, “This is what people say to me, is that he doesn’t represent science to them — he represents Josef Mengele, the Nazi doctor who did experiments on Jews during the Second World War and in the concentration camps.
“And I am talking about people all across the world are saying this, because the response from COVID, what it has done to countries everywhere, what it has done to civil liberties, the suicide rates, the poverty — it has obliterated economies,” she continued.
Joseph Mengle, battalion medical officer for the Nazi party in World War II, was also known as the “Angel of Death”. He was assigned to Auschwitz in 1943. He did medical experiments on individuals within the concentration camp focusing on twins. Performing many fatal experiments, including intentionally infecting people with typhus and other diseases.
Fauci responded to Logan’s comments on MSNC’s All In with Chris Hayes. “Look, Chris, I think the response is with so many people throughout the country and the world are responding to that absolutely preposterous and disgusting comparison that she makes,” Fauci told Hayes.
“It’s an insult to all of the people who suffered and died under the Nazi regime in the concentration camps,” he continued.
Fauci then took a swipe at Fox News, “What I find striking, Chris, is how she gets no discipline whatsoever from the Fox network. How they can let her say that with no comment and no disciplinary action? I’m astounded by that!”
Fauci added, “I mean, it’s unconscionable what she said.”Fauci appears to be very offended by the comments made by Logan.
All In with Chris Hayes shared Fauci’s response on Twitter, “Fauci on Lara Logan’s “absolutely preposterous and disgusting comparison” of him to Nazi doctor: “What I find striking is how she gets no discipline whatsoever from the Fox network. How they can let her say that with no comment and no disciplinary action. I’m astounded by that.”

Logan parted ways with CBS’s 60 minutes in 2019, and currently hosts Lara Logan has no Agenda on Fox Nation.
UTA told the Mediaite, Logan was let go over her “highly offensive” and “unacceptable” comments. Logan has also been condemned by the ADL, Auschwitz Museum, and the American Jewish Committee for her comments.
Since her comments, Logan has not made another appearance on Fox News.
