After Nancy Pelosi Claims That ‘Women are Going to Save Democracy in November’, Lauren Boebert Tells Her They Will By Getting Her Out of the Speakership

U.S. Congresswoman Lauren Boebert (R-CO) fired back today after House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) claimed in a tweet that “women are going to save Democracy in November.”

Boebert shot back in a quote tweet, “Yep. We’re getting you out of the Speakership.”

New projections are showing that the Supreme Court overturning Roe vs. Wade is likely to have some impact on the election.

According to new projections, Republicans are still favored to take back the House of Representatives, but with a smaller majority than previously forecast.

It seems possible, though, that the recent student loan debt cancelation plan offered by Joe Biden may gain back some ground for Republicans.

“In May, @CookPolitical‘s House outlook was a GOP gain of 20-35 seats. Based on recent developments, we’ve revised our outlook to a 10-20 seat GOP gain, w/ Dems maintaining control not out of the question.”

Boebert was one of 17 newly-elected Republican women to Congress in 2020 and appears poised to win re-election.

In a tweet where Pelosi shared a video, she celebrated the “motivation” for women to now get out a supposedly vote against the Republican party.

“he threat to our freedoms from the Republican Party could not be more urgent. They don’t believe in birth control but believe in controlling women.”

“They want a nat’l ban on abortion — impacting all 50 states. Women voting in record numbers will save our freedoms and Democracy!”
