AOC Claims Climate Crisis, Encourages Blind Following of Scientists

Inspired by a 16-year-old from Sweden, who seems to think she knows everything there is to know about the climate and weather, AOC shared a tweet with a dire warning.

AOC tweets:

The climate crisis will not wait for the comfort of politicians.

The consequences of a burning planet are coming, and the situation we leave our children will be proportionate to the courage (or lack thereof) we show now.

Greta‘s right. Unite behind the science – not lobbyists.

Ocasio-Cortez had a message, “to unite behind the science.” This motto sounds similar to “believe all women.” It is clear she expects everyone to just blindly follow these directives without questioning if there is evidence of just how much of a crisis it is.

Recently, Bloomberg published an article claiming massive loss of ice in the Arctic Circle. While there may be some, there are signs there is still plenty to go around. According to a translation from the blog, IceAgeNow, a Norwegian icebreaking ship decided to turn back after the ice was too thick.

It also seems hypocritical to declare a Climate Crisis when she recently criticized President Trump, claiming he manufactured the border crisis, despite over 12 million people living in the country illegally as of 2015.

To summarize, it is definitely important to do everything we can within economic reason to be the best stewards possible of the earth. But it is very hard to take AOC seriously after she tweeted that we only had 12 years left on the earth before irreversible damage is done if we didn’t take drastic change, only to later claim that she was just joking, and anyone who thought she was serious is the unintelligent one.
