Audit the Vote Rally Held in Wisconsin as GOP State Rep. Subpoenas Ballots, Voting Machines From Two Counties

Last week, the Gateway Pundit reported that Wisconsin patriots called for a rally at the state capitol today to demand that the GOP leadership in the state order a full forensic 2020 presidential election audit like the one in Arizona.

OAN’s Christina Bobb tweeted a video of the event today and said “HAPPENING NOW: Audit the vote rally in Wisconsin.”

It appears that one Republican lawmaker has answered the call, according to The Journal Times.

Republican State Rep. Janel Brandtjen, who is the assembly elections committee chairperson, announced the issuance of subpoenas to Milwaukee and Brown counties today for election materials, including ballots and voting machines, to aid in an ongoing committee investigation into the election.

Brandtjen said the request for information is the first step toward what she described as a “full, cyber-forensic audit of tabulators and inspection of the physical ballots” from last fall’s presidential contest.

The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported that Assembly Speaker Robin Vos (R) said last Friday that he was expanding a probe into the election and said it will take more investigators and time than originally planned.

Vos has hired former conservative Supreme Court Justice Michael Gableman as special counsel in addition to more full time investigators.

Brandtjen released a statement on today’s move where he said, “Legislators have been hearing from thousands of disgruntled constituents regarding their concerns with the November 2020 election.”

“From outside money pouring into Democrat-controlled communities, to individuals engaging in questionable activities; from improper guidance given to clerks from the Wisconsin Elections Commission, to clerks illegally prompting voters to declare themselves ‘indefinitely confined.’ The list goes on and on,” Brandtjen explained.

In June, Brandtjen was one of several Republicans who traveled to Arizona to observe the audit.
