Bar in Ohio Announces They Will Not Air NBA Games ‘Until LeBron James Has Been Expelled’ From the League

On Wednesday, we reported that NBA superstar LeBron James tweeted and then deleted a tweet targeting a Columbus police officer who was purported to have shot and killed a 16-year-old girl who appeared poised to stab another teenage girl.

Backlash has been swift for LeBron, with even former President Donald Trump chastising him in a statement, as well as former NFL superstar O.J. Simpson, who was once accused of murder.

A bar in Cincinnati, Ohio has made headlines for a Facebook post made by the owner where he announced that they will no longer air NBA games “until LeBron James has been expelled” from the league.

According to the Cincinnati Enquirer, the owner believes James should stick to sports and said, “They just need to play the game and that’s it. Their opinion doesn’t really matter. They’re using their position to push their opinions, and that’s just not right.”

The Facebook post has faced a barrage of hate, as well as support, but so far, as not been taken down. The owner has also shared other posts backing up his opinion, including one from Candace Owens.

Even “King” James himself weighed in earlier by shrugging off the situation in a tweet where he said, “Aww Damn! I was headed there to watch our game tonight and have a drink! Welp.”

From MAGAConservatives:

Sen. Ted Cruz said: “The left consistently goes after, attacks and demonizes police officers often before the facts are known, often before there is any evidence of what happened but their immediate reaction, whenever there is an incident, is that police officers are in the wrong.

“By any measure, it was a volatile situation. The woman who was killed was wielding a knife, was violent, appeared to be threatening the lives of others.

“The facts should be determined, but the left doesn’t care about the facts, they care about demonizing and attacking law enforcement and I think it’s wrong,” he said.

Don Lemon of CNN said: “Even in our anguish, we cannot abandon the responsibility we have to be fair.

“We have to judge each incident based on what we see and the facts we know.
