Barack Obama Panics Over ‘Conservative Media’ and Their Alleged Effect on Ron DeSantis’ Popularity

Former President Barack Obama recently spoke on “Pod Save America”. Obama is going to rally for Democrats in Georgia, Michigan and Wisconsin as left wing media orgs panic about the mid-terms (in our view).

Obama is concerned that Dems Trump hate and cancel culture may be going too far. We previously reported about that earlier today in part:

Additionally, Joe Biden is going to go to Florida in November to rally for Charlie Crist against Republican Governor Ron DeSantis.

DeSantis is largely popular and expected to win. This is why, to us, it is odd that Biden is going there while Barack Obama hits the crucial swing states.

It’s almost as if Democrats like Obama more than Biden. What a shocker. Anyway, it could be speculated that Democrats are worried about a possible DeSantis for president campaign one day.

The bigger his margin of victory in Florida (should he win), the worse for Democrats, hence the Biden visit? In Obama’s interview, he implied that conservative media helps DeSantis.

A Business Insider piece mentions how DeSantis going against Trump in 2024 would be bad for Republicans, attempting to imply that DeSantis won’t wait until 2028, which we at MRN think is more likely. They said in part:

DeSantis is favored to win reelection as Florida’s governor next month and could be a presidential contender in 2024, potentially putting him on a collision course with Trump, who helped jumpstart his 2018 gubernatorial campaign and continues to tease a third White House campaign to supporters.

BI also reported:

Former President Barack Obama in a recent interview said that Republican voters might support Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, but questioned if they would “have a great time” interacting with him as he opined on the differences between the nomination processes of GOP and Democratic candidates.
