CDC Director Rochelle Walensky Submits Resignation, Leo Terrell Says it’s Because ‘She Was a Failure’

It was announced today that the Centers for Disease Control director Rochelle Walensky submitted her resignation to Joe Biden.

Walensky announced that she will be leaving her post effective June 30 and no interim director has yet been named.

Fox News contributor and civil rights attorney Leo Terrell bluntly expressed his feelings on why she was stepping down in a tweet.

“CDC Director #RochelleWalensky resigned today because she was a failure!” Terrell insisted.

In her resignation letter, Walensky reportedly expressed “mixed feelings” about the decision and didn’t explain exactly why she was stepping down.

Walensky said, however, the nation is at a moment of transition after the WHO announced that the COVID emergency had come to an end.

“I have never been prouder of anything I have done in my professional career,” Walensky claimed in the letter.

In a statement issued after receiving the letter, Biden said that Walensky “leaves CDC a stronger institution, better positioned to confront health threats and protect Americans.”

However, Jennifer Nuzzo, a pandemic expert at the Brown University School of Public Health, is worried that the agency could delve into chaos without Walensky at the helm.

Nuzzo explained that the “CDC is exhausted. They have been working around the clock, nonstop, for three years with little gratitude. To have a leadership change in the midst of all that … I can’t imagine that doesn’t take the wind out of the sails of change.”

  1. Spot on Leo. She is reminiscent of the nazi monsters running for their lives when the allied forces wiped away the scourge that was the Third Reich.

She and so many others need to be rounded up, arrested, charged, tried, executed/imprisoned. All of those in power positions that foisted the covid hoax on humanity are unconscionable Bolsheviks.
