Apparently one of the names listed in the book is CNN anchor Chris Cuomo’s wife, Cristina Geenven Cuomo. She is listed with numerous other socialites, celebrities, and politicians in the book.
Manhattan File listed below her name is a reference to a New York society magazine her father purchased in 1994 which she published. Insider reported, “The same entry includes an office address in the New York City neighborhood of SoHo, an office phone number, and a home phone number. In the ’90s, Greeven Cuomo was known for hanging out with socialites like Alex von Furstenberg and the former CNN producer Pamela Gross. The latter appears in both “little black books” and is now a close friend of Melania Trump.”
When Insider reached out for comments from Cristina Cuomo their phone call was returned by her husband who refused to make comment or make his wife available.
Epstein who was charged with sex trafficking of minors was found dead in a Manhattan jail cell in what ruled a suicide. Epstein’s family hired their own experts who cast doubt on the suicide finding, pointing to homicide.
Epstein’s cohort Ghislaine Maxwell, a New York socialite, was arrested in July of 2020 and charged with six federal crimes, including enticement of minors, sex trafficking, and perjury, other charges were added earlier this year. Her trial is set to start in November of this year.
Maxwell’s lawyer recently argued that her federal sex trafficking charges should be dismissed, citing a contentious decade-old deal between prosecutors and Epstein. It appears that her lawyer was trying to use the same argument Bill Cosby’s lawyer used to get his conviction overturned.
