French Police shut down the protest against Covid-19 vaccine passports which were announced by France President Emmanuel Marcon.

“In France, people are protesting the announcement of a vaccine passport by the Macron government. The pass would restrict access to restaurants, shopping malls, hospitals, trains, and planes. Vaccines will also be made mandatory for healthcare workers.”

These protests were shut down by the police as you can see in the video the police run into the streets and beat and arrest citizens. Clearly, this is an authoritarian move using the police to stop political dissent coming from the people.
The Police also shouted at those who still remained and chased them away as well. There seems to be a global pushback against vaccine passports.
Some are disappointed the police are carrying out these orders as the same people protesting vaccine passports, most likely supported the police when they were attacked and called racists. Now, the police are turning their backs on the few people who still support them.
