Clinton Appointed Judge Shames Bench by Trashing Trump: ‘Not Surprising a Criminal Like Trump Pardons Other Criminals’

Previously we have reported that President Trump has been commuting or pardoning many people associated with himself and some others as well. It’s widely believed by those on the right-wing that a lot of the people he pardoned were unfairly and politically targeted due to the amount of left-wing hatred for President Donald Trump.

George Papadopoulos, Roger Stone, Paul Manafort, and many others were among the major names. While President Trump continues to contest the results of the 2020 presidential election reflecting a Joe Biden win, it is largely believed that Biden will still become president, although it hasn’t happened yet.

That isn’t enough for the radical left-wing Trump haters who continue to seek to trash and demoralize Donald Trump and his supporters. It’s unbecoming, to say the least, though for a sitting federal judge to step out of line in the way we think Iowa-based Federal Judge Robert Pratt has.

The judge in the Southern District of Iowa told The Associated Press in a brief phone interview Monday his opinion. In a bit of trashy humor, he also said: “But apparently to get a pardon, one has to be either a Republican, a convicted child murderer or a turkey.”

Pratt is a Senior Judge, appointed in 1997 by Bill Clinton.

Every US president has the right to pardon certain people, and federal judges are supposed to be held to a higher standard. That is why we believe this is an embarrassing look for Judge Pratt, and perhaps he should either apologize or step down.

Despite the results of the 2020 election as reported by most major media outlets, one thing remains true, Hillary Clinton lost ‘big league’ to Donald Trump in 2016, and will likely never be president.

This shows all the more reason why a judge appointed by her husband, former President Clinton, should perhaps stay mum on issues such as this, but Pratt doesn’t seem to think so.

The left claims they want to unite with Republicans but all signs seem to point otherwise, especially considering Donald Trump’s persistent popularity with Republicans and his recent title of most admired man by Gallup. President Trump even recently questioned on Twitter how Biden could have won the election if he didn’t even win that contest.

It’s unlikely that Pratt will be held responsible for his words. Time and time again we see in the political system, at least what appears to us to be biased behavior from those on the left, being allowed to let slide more so than unbecoming behavior from those on the right is in our view.

Pratt is also reportedly nearing the end of his tenure as a judge, and as such, is probably more comfortable being loose with his personal opinions. We will do our best to bring any relevant updates to this story as we are able to if they develop.
