Bill Barr was on Fox News giving his opinions this afternoon as former President Trump was arraigned in a New York City courthouse. Barr said while on Fox News that the case is “pathetically weak,” something he has said before of the indictment of Trump.
Trump responded to Barr’s presence on Fox News with a truth:
“WHY DOES FOX KEEP PUTTING ON BILL BARR. AS ATTORNEY GENERAL HE WAS A COMPLETE COWARD WHO WAS ABSOLUTELY PETRIFIED OF BEING IMPEACHED, WHICH THE DEMOCRATS THREATENED TO DO UNTIL HE BECAME THEIR VIRTUAL “SLAVE” AND REFUSED TO INVESTIGATE AND PROSECUTE THE MASSIVE ELECTION FRAUD THAT TOOK PLACE IN THE 2020 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION, BY FAR THE RADICAL LEFT’S GREATEST CONCERN. HE SAID HE DID INVESTIGATE, BUT HE DIDN’T HAVE THE “GUTS” TO PROPERLY DO SO, AND NOW WE HAVE A NATION IN MASSIVE DECLINE!”
While Barr is against the indictment he also doesn’t come off as a fan of Donald Trump.
Juanita Broaddrick shared a clip of Barr’s time on Fox News this after:

Barr has said of the indictment, “It’s the archetypal abuse of the prosecutorial function… a political hit job.” Barr also called the case “a pathetically weak case”

Trump was unhappy with Barr’s actions as attorney general. They both see the move by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg as politically motivated.
It is the first time in history a former president has been charged, which only seems to give more weight to the claims that this is just a politically motivated case.
