Dr. Fauci Says it’s Too Soon to Tell if he Will Allow You to Spend Christmas With Loved Ones

Nearly two years after we first heard about the Coronavirus, Dr. Anthony Fauci is still running things behind the scenes. Although Joe Biden is the president, many still defer to Fauci for Covid-19 advice and guidance.

Dr. Fauci recently spoke on Face the Nation CBS where he told his opinion of whether or not he thinks you should spend Christmas alone again. Margaret Brennan asked Dr. Fauci:

“But we can gather for Christmas? Or is it just too soon to tell?”

Dr. Fauci answered with a Grinch-like “you know Margaret, it’s just too soon to tell. We gotta concentrate on continuing to get those numbers down, and not try to jump ahead by weeks or months and say what we’re going to do at a particular time”. Dr. Fauci does not want you to plan for Christmas yet if you’re having relatives or friends come to visit it appears.

Watch:

We take Covid-19 seriously and want people to listen to their doctor and take reasonable precautions. But it’s surprising Fauci didn’t say that vaccinated people can spend time together for Christmas. Or Perhaps those with natural immunity.

It just seems bizarre to us. Many people have died waiting to see their elderly loved ones during this pandemic. Meanwhile, college football games are filling up, which we are ok with here personally, but we may not be able to spend Christmas with our loved ones? Come on Fauci.
