Elon Musk Hints At Possible Future Collaboration With Rumble After Pitch From Dan Bongino, Chris Pavloski

Elon Musk yesterday hinted at a possible future collaboration with YouTube competitor Rumble after a pitch from investor Dan Bongino and CEO Chris Pavloski.

The exchange began with the announcement on Twitter by actor Russell Brand that he was moving to Rumble after a video of his was censored by YouTube.

Musk replied to Brand’s tweet, “Good point.”

Bongino then took his shot by telling Musk, “Elon, It would be really incredible if you and Rumble got together. A force multiplier like no other.”

Musk initially shot down Bongino and indirectly referenced his attempted Twitter purchase as he replied, “I’m a little preoccupied rn.”

Pavlovski then jumped in, “Elon, I founded Rumble and forever wanted to work with you. Below is from 2010 when I visited SpaceX. I was ready 12 years ago, and I’m ready 12 years from now. Whenever you’re ready.”

“In the meantime, let’s peer our datacenters with Starlink to secure free speech,” Pavloski added, along with a picture of the SpaceX headquarters.

Musk then responded to Pavloski, “Maybe worth talking at some point.”

Trump supporter Brick Suit summed up the exchange in a reply to Musk, “The future just unfolded and you are here to see it.”

As we previously reported, Brand, who has a sizeable following, announced yesterday that he is moving from YouTube to Rumble.

In the process, Brand cited a clip from MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow after YouTube gave him a penalty for “misinformation.”

Brand declared in a tweet, “I’ve been censored on Youtube.” Brand also shared a video where he called out Maddow and explained what happened.

It does appear that Brand is still operating on YouTube, as he has shared videos today, but he also plans to broadcast exclusively on Rumble.

“The good news is I’m moving to @rumblevideo & LIVE streaming there exclusively from tomorrow – Join me, weekdays from 5:00 pm(BST) – subscribe here,” Brand said in a reply.
