As you already likely know, Elon Musk officially took over Twitter last night. Musk fired at least three of their top brass.
This included former Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal, and the woman in charge of permanently banning Donald Trump, Vijaya Gadde. Earlier, at least one man was spotted with a box near Twitter HQ.
Many thought he worked for Twitter as an engineer and was fired:
“It’s happening Entire team of data engineers let go. These are two of them”
It appears ”some local guys” were simply trolling however. Everyone knows how much Musk likes a tasteful joke, too.
“Some guys just absolutely trolled local media outside Twitter’s headquarters pretending to be a fired software engineer: “I have to go touch base with my husband and wife.”
