Recently, we reported about how US House Rep. and Chairman of the House Intelligence Subcommittee Eric Swalwell has had at least some involvement with a Chinese operative who apparently slept with at least two Mayors to try to get political gain.
The scandal was reported by various news sources as well but that didn’t stopped Swalwell from gloating over the casting of the votes by the Electoral College and then subsequent congratulations coming to Joe Biden from people that he believes are allies of President Trump.
Russia’s president Vladimir Putin today acknowledged Biden’s victory, saying he “wished the president-elect every success” and was “ready for interaction and contact.”
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, for the first time today, also congratulated Biden and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris on their apparent election win.
Earlier, Trump shared an article from Breitbart titled, “Mo Brooks: ‘Trump Won the Electoral College’ — I Can Be a Part of the ‘Surrender Caucus’ or I Can Fight for Our Country.”
Swalwell retweeted it and quipped, “I’m sure President Trump is comforted that even though he’s lost Putin and #MoscowMitch, he can still count on Mo Brooks…”

Alabama GOP House Rep. Brooks is leading the charge to challenge the certification of the electoral college votes when Congress plans to certify the results on January 6.
While a pair of Senators haven’t ruled out joining in the challenge, it will definitely make the task of convincing one to do so harder with the Majority Leader making a statement like that.
