As the tragedy in Waukesha, WI unfolds, Democrats are tripping over themselves to say things they quickly regret. A former local CBS News reporter tweeted a joke that a person who killed at least five and injured scores more driving through a Christmas parade last night may have just been “defending himself”.
It’s clear he was being sarcastic to some degree by his other tweets, but that doesn’t make it any less acceptable. “It’s okay. The driver in Waukesha was afraid for his life from the unarmed holiday crowd. That’s Wisconsin law now.”
Apparently, Wiggins thinks peacefully participating in a Christmas parade is the same thing as rioting, looting and attacking a man with an AR-15. It’s not.
Another Democrat is now in hot water too. Fox News caught Illinois Dem Mary Lemanski “in 4K” as you can see below:
“Illinois Democrat ties Waukesha tragedy to Rittenhouse case in mocking posts: ‘Probably just self-defense’”

Damage control ensues:
I never wanted to be in politics. I just wanted Rauner, Roscam, and Trump out of office. I guess people can fight for their civil rights themselves from now on. Here’s a list: https://t.co/6Sn8O3WaAT https://t.co/rAbpPaPoGf

The “Dupage Democrats” apologized about a “former member of their organization”:
“We are deeply saddened by the tragedy in Waukesha. We are aware of statements made by a former member of our organization and find them to be incredibly insensitive and not in alignment of who we are as an organization. Our organization does not support hate in any form”

It seems that many on the left need to get mental health help when it comes to tragedies like this and what they think. Please pray for the victims, their families, and the nation.
