Fox News Analyst Gianno Caldwell Looking for Answers, Will Match the $15K reward offered in Chicago shooting of Brother

Recently we covered the sad and tragic story of Fox News analyst Gianno Caldwell losing his brother to a senseless murder in Lori Lightfoot’s Chicago. Caldwell demanded priority action from Lightfoot in finding his brother’s killer:

A $15,000 reward is being offered for someone helping the police arrest whoever killed his brother. Caldwell tweeted that he would match the $15,000 reward being offered. He is definitely serious about wanting justice for this sad tragedy that in our view, should have never been able to happen.

“I will be matching the reward offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of all involved in the murder of my baby brother Christian.”

Anytime we hear about violence and tragedy in Democrat cities, or anywhere for that matter, it is a horrible thing. But it seems more real when we can put a face to the name of someone close to the victim as well. In this case, many are familiar with Caldwell and this exposes the rotten underbelly of how much of the urban decay is playing out.

Many times, Democrats only use crime in their narrative when it suits their gun control talking points, but not when it exposes the chinks in their armor such as their soft-on-crime policies that lead to higher violence, especially in major metro areas. Let’s all pray for justice for Gianno’s brother.

We don’t know for sure if Lightfoot has spoken out. But we do know that she was silent as of our follow-up story on June 28th, likely hoping the news goes away and wishing Fox News, who has been covering the story, wasn’t doing so.

We will keep an eye out for updates to see if the killer is found.

Fox News also reported in part:

A month has passed since Fox News analyst Gianno Caldwell’s 18-year-old brother, Christian, was fatally shot in Chicago on June 24, yet there have been no arrests or other developments in the case since his death.

Now, Cook County Crime Stoppers is offering a $15,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the suspect or suspects involved in the shooting that left Christian dead and two other victims injured on the 11400 block of South Vincennes Avenue.

The other victims, a 31-year-old man and a 25-year-old woman, were unknown to Christian, who was out with friends at the time.

“We’re pleading for any individual who may know something or think they know something to come forward,” Caldwell told Fox News Digital. “There’s now reward money being offered, and [tips] will stay confidential. We just want to get justice for Christian. Our family is pleading for justice.
