Good News for Trump: PA Court Rules Observers Can Watch Ballots be Counted

UPDATE 12:00 PM ET:

It’s being reported that Democrats don’t want GOP observers watching and are halting the count to fight it in court:

SECOND UPDATE 12:30 PM ET: (Stay tuned)

Ever since election day, two days ago, a bitter battle has ensued and it is not yet clear whether or not Joe Biden or Donald Trump will be the president next year. Many votes have been getting counted slowly and there are lots of allegations of fraud in big Democrat cities, some of which have been disproven, and others have not been.

Nevertheless, people should be able to watch ballot counts in our view, and a Pennsylvania court just rules that GOP observers now can. Meanwhile, the Trump campaign has mounted lawsuits against multiple swing states alleging possible fraud.

Joe Biden has said he believes he will win the election and Donald Trump has said similar. Many of Trump’s recent tweets have been partially censored by Twitter.

Nobody knows yet what will ultimately happen as Pennsylvania and other states hang in the balance while ballots continue to “appear”, changed the total vote count estimates each time.

Carrie Sheffield tweeted:

“BREAKING: Appellate court in PA this morning ruling guarantees GOP observers can watch the ballot counts. They had been pushed away 16 sometimes 100 feet away. “I can’t stress enough how big a victory this is.” Justin Clark, Trump Deputy Campaign Manager”

Recently President Trump tweeted:

“All of the recent Biden claimed States will be legally challenged by us for Voter Fraud and State Election Fraud. Plenty of proof – just check out the Media. WE WILL WIN! America First!” Twitter has noted that “Some or all of the content shared in this Tweet is disputed and might be misleading about an election or other civic process.”

Time will tell who prevails and if enough votes for Biden come in to put him over the top, or if Trump can maintain his lead in PA and/or find evidence of potential fraud. Stay tuned…
