Ilhan Omar Wonders How a Prayer Session For Her and Her Family ‘On a Plane’ Would End As Leftists Are Outraged By Video of Christians Singing and Playing Music Mid-Flight

Leftists expressed outrage at a recent video that has gone viral of Christians singing and playing music on an airplane.

Anti-Trump Twitter user “Fifty Shades of Whey” shared the video in a tweet and said, “Imagine you get on a plane and you have to listen to this.”

The caption read, “Worshipping Jesus 30,000 feet in the air!” and showed a man playing guitar in the aisle while others sang along.

Many of the respondents mocked the video with some pointing out that one man, in the beginning, didn’t look particularly thrilled about it, although the woman next to him was smiling.

U.S. House Rep Ilhan Omar (D-MN), who is Muslim, was also apparently offended by the video as well and in a quote tweet, offered an alternate scenario.

“I think my family and I should have a prayer session next time I am on a plane,” Omar suggested.

Omar then wondered, “How do you think it will end?”

Tim Young suggested in response, “It’ll get weird since your brother is also your husband.”

Buzz Patterson explained in a reply, “I spent decades flying in the Middle East. We weren’t even allowed to bring Bibles into the countries or worship.”

“This sort of impromptu singing would turn into arrests and imprisonment. I’ll celebrate our freedoms here. You do you. @IlhanMN,” Patterson declared.

In a follow-up reply, Patterson added a reference to a 9/11-related quote that Omar once made, “Some people sang things…”

Mike Cernovich pointed out that it is a holiday season right now for Christians and chided, “It’s Easter.”
