Judge Halts Four Billion Dollar Covid Relief Program, Says Biden Rescue Plan Unconstitutional in Suit that ‘White Farmers Likely to Succeed’

U.S. Senate candidate Tim Swain posted about a breaking news story that involved alleged anti-White racism in Covid-19 relief funds. Many people were starting to worry that with non-White farmers getting favorable funding from the government, it was the beginning of the end of the United States being a free and fair nation.

In a recently judges motion to halt 4 Billion dollars, some sanity may be making a comeback, albeit not from the Biden Administration. Swain posted an NBC link saying:

“Wisconsin judge rules against the Biden Rescue Plan stating that the formula to award relief funds to farmers is racist and therefore unconstitutional.

“The obvious response to a govt. agency that claims it continues to discriminate against farmers because of their race is to direct it to stop: it is not to direct it to intentionally discriminate against others on the basis of their race,” the judge said.”

Team member for former President Trump, Stephen Miller recently announced a lawsuit regarding the inequality in the Covid relief plan which we previously reported in part:

Essentially, the Biden administration excluded white farmers from receiving benefits under that portion of the plan on the basis of race.

Former senior policy adviser for the Trump administration Stephen Miller, president of America First Legal, announced today that the group has filed a lawsuit against the Biden administration for this exclusion.

NBC reported on the matter of late:

A federal judge in Wisconsin has ordered a temporary halt to a $4 billion federal loan relief program aimed at addressing longstanding inequities for farmers of color after a legal challenge by white farmers who argue the policy discriminates against them.

Judge William Griesbach found in an order issued Thursday that the white farmers “are likely to succeed on the merits of their claim” that the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s “use of race-based criteria in the administration of the program violates their right to equal protection under the law.”

He issued a temporary restraining order blocking the Department of Agriculture from proceeding with the loan relief payments.

Time will tell if this is just the beginning of political battles such as this, or if it is the end of the madness. We fear it may be the former, but we can’t of course, predict the future. Senator Cory Booker has also supported the idea of the U.S. Government buying farms from White people and giving them to Black people as we reported in another story.

U.S. Rep Mo Brooks has also been on the front lines of fighting against Democrat racism as we reported here. Stay tuned for more updates on this story as they develop.
