Kamala Harris Issues Mask/Vaccination Ultimatum, Unclear if Rule Applies to Illegal Immigrants She’s Doing Very Little About

Vice President Kamala Harris used her Government Twitter account to send a message to the citizens of the United States. It is unclear if this message also applies to those who are crossing our southern border illegally.

“Get vaccinated or wear a mask until you do.” This message is accompanied by a picture of the Vice President without a mask on.

Before the CDC’s new guidelines were issued, the vaccinated Harris was one to wear her mask even when kissing her Husband.

This move may appear hypocritical coming from a Democrat as the Democrats blocked a bill that would require illegal immigrants to have a negative COVID test before being released into the United States. The bill was brought forth by Iowa Congresswoman and doctor Mariannette, Miller-Meeks.

“I was at the border yesterday. We have a crisis that must be addressed. My bill would simply require any individual released into the U.S. from CBP/ICE to receive a negative #COVID19 test. We are still in a global pandemic, and we are unnecessarily putting lives at risk.”

When the bill was brought forth Democrats voted down bringing it to the floor for a vote. This all while there is an immigration crisis at our southern border during the COVID crisis.

Joe Biden put Kamala Harris in charge of solving the surge of illegal immigrants at the southern border. Harris has yet to visit the southern border where this crisis is taking place, however, she has flown over it.

In the view of many, it seems Democrats have no interest in addressing the southern border or even putting forth safety precautions for those who are flooding into our country to protect our own citizens.

The messaging from the Biden Administration on the southern border is very cloudy as border crossings are still on the rise. According to the Washington Post, “Immigration arrests and detentions along the U.S.-Mexico border rose slightly in April to 178,622, the highest one-month total in two decades

It is still unclear what will happen next with masks, vaccines and the southern border, but things are moving.
