‘Kari Lake War Room’ Mocks Her Opponent Katie Hobbs in Fast Food Photo: ‘Already Applying for her Next Job’

The “Kari Lake War Room” last night took a shot at her Democratic opponent, Katie Hobbs, last night after she made a stop at a Burger King.

The campaign Twitter account for the Republican nominee used a picture that Hobbs had shared in a tweet and repurposed it with their own caption. The picture shows Hobbs interacting with a cashier at the counter.

“Votes haven’t been counted yet and @katiehobbs is already applying for her next job. That’s tenacity,” they declared in the tweet.

In the original tweet, Hobbs said, “I’ve worked a lot of jobs in my life. My very first job at this Burger King in Tempe. A waitress at Pizza Hut in Flagstaff. A social worker. A mom. An Uber driver. A state legislator. Secretary of State.”

“Now, I’m running to be your governor. And I’m ready to get to work,” Hobbs insisted. She also shared a picture of her in front of the Burger King holding a drink.

In her prior tweet, Hobbs shared a video where she discussed her recent campaign stops, which she also tied into her past experience.

“Today I stopped by Burger King — the one in Tempe where I had my very first job at 16 years old,” Hobbs said in the tweet.

Hobbs added, “Whether it’s serving Whoppers or serving homeless youth in Phoenix, I’ve been serving other Arizonans since I was a kid. Now I’m ready to serve you as Arizona’s next governor.”

It appears that Hobbs is taking an approach similar to Pennsylvania Democratic Senate candidate John Fetterman where she is trying to show voters that she is just a regular person. Whether that strategy pays off for her on not will be determined in tomorrow’s election.

  1. She acts and talks like she’s a 12 year old brat.

  2. not a good reply as it shows disrespect for those working in those jobs and is not very classy

    1. No it does not and you know it.

    2. Sorry, I’m inclined to agree with Pat. And Joe.

  3. Hobbs is a coward for not debating her opponent. Buck, buuuuck!

  4. After my last experience in a fast food joint I will never ever go to one again.

  5. The biggest whopper? Hobbs telling AZ she’ll be a great governor.

  6. What Katie did should be subject to a similar admonition to politicians that says if you go to the County fair, do not eat a corn-dog!

  7. The only thing that rug muncher has served is herself.

She didn’t claim that, but so many people have not only worked their way through college, some to pay for fun and games, others to literally pay their tuition as they went.

  8. Standing in front of a huge sign about serving whoppers… the memes just make themselves… what an idiot.

  9. Oh please, Katy, stop! The content of that video promo is so awful and you come across so goofy that I wouldn’t vote for you for dog catcher. You are unappealing…but your ad is good for a side splitting laugh. What moron would film an ad claiming high qualifications and integrity with a sign over their headthat says “The Whopper.” 🤣😆🥳🥳🥳. When it comes to “backfire,” your ad is almost as effective as Joe Biden’s speech from the lobby of the Hell Hotel.

  10. I thought Burger King was on the skids. Maybe Katie is the reason,”The Chicken” is coming home to roost……..

  11. LOL, So you work a couple of jobs. So eff what? Doesn’t mean you are qualify or smart enough to represent the state as governor. More so since you are a proved liar. Didn’t have the gut to said what your plans are for the state beyond the same old party line answers and you chicken out of any debate or Q&A with Kari Lake. Only shows me your a puppet that hate America’s value and norms. You care less about what the people of Arizona want or need and will only do what your masters the deep sate tell you to do. Your just another Whitmer, Hillary, Pelosi clone. Your actions has already proved it and shows all how you would act if elected. I really hope this election bring you not one minute of joy as you don’t deserve any.
