Fox News’ Kayleigh McEnany today thanked U.S. House Rep Jim Jordan (R-OH) after he gave her credit for when she was the White House press secretary under former President Donald Trump.
Jordan said in a tweet, “.@kayleighmcenany wasn’t scared to answer tough questions.”
“Why’s the Biden White House?” Jordan wondered.
In response, McEnany told him in a quote tweet, “Thank you @Jim_Jordan! The American people deserve answers, and you are getting them.”

As we previously reported, during an appearance on Fox News, Arkansas Governor Sarah Sanders offered her sympathy for the difficult job Karine Jean-Pierre now has as White House press secretary.
The former Trump White House press secretary told Brian Kilmeade of Jean-Pierre, “frankly, she has a terrible story to tell.”
“When I was in the Trump administration, we had a great story to tell. The economy was booming, our country was safer, our border was more secure, things that were positive were happening and that makes her job infinitely harder,” Sanders explained.
When Jen Psaki was Biden’s press secretary, McEnany credited Trump for not having to do a “ton of circling back” with reporters like she did.
Taking the high road, McEnany said at the time, “I wish Jen Psaki all the best, it is a very hard job but that being said, we took great pains in our administration to do hours and hours of research beforehand, days sometimes.”
“I always knew where my boss stood. Unlike other press secretaries who maybe didn’t have walk-in privileges, I could walk in at any time … I always knew where his head was at, so I didn’t have to a ton of circling back because President Trump gave a lot of access to me,” Psaki explained.
