KJP Kvetches Over Elon Musk’s Call for Prosecution of Dr. Fauci, Thinks he is ‘Divorced From Reality’

Monday White House Press Secretary, Karine Jean-Pierre, was asked for a response to Elon Musk’s tweets from the weekend that suggest Dr. Antony Fauci should be prosecuted.

KJP responded with, “So look, we’ve been very clear about this, these personal attacks that we have been seeing are dangerous on doctor Fauci and other public health officials as well. They are discussing and they are divorced from reality.”

Musk tweeted Sunday, “My pronouns are Prosecute/Fauci”. This infuriated many who shared their displeasure with the tweet on Twitter attacking the CEO. Musk then followed up with “Truth resonates …”.

Former director of the CIA John Brennan was one of many who came to the defense of Fauci. He declared Fauci was a national hero and that Musk had no class. He added to his tweet inferring there should be some sort of censorship on Musk. Musk responded to Brennan with “Your house is glass”.

Musk followed up his tweet from Sunday with “The Branch Covidans are upset lol” on Monday, after seeing all the responses coming to the defense of Fauci.

Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) has gone after Fauci for quite some time, calling him out at Senate hearings and calling for an investigation into the origins of the pandemic as well as Fauci. Paul responded to Musk’s Fauci tweet adding:

“Fauci’s resignation should not prevent a full-throated investigation into the origins of the pandemic. He must be required to testify under oath regarding any discussions he participated in concerning the Wuhan lab leak. His policies destroyed lives.”

Many feel Fauci’s policies that were set for did much harm to many throughout the United States, and some would claim the world. While others see nothing wrong with any of the policies he led. They appear to many to raise Fauci to the level of sainthood as though he couldn’t have gotten anything wrong.
