U.S. House Rep Lauren Boebert (R-CO) reacted today after an investigation to find the Dobbs decision leaker reportedly has come up empty.
In a tweet, Boebert reported, “BREAKING: The investigation on who leaked the Dobbs decision has nearly concluded and the leaker wasn’t identified.”
“This is totally unacceptable and a serious threat to one of our three branches of government. Very disappointing,” Boebert declared.

The news comes after Chief Justice John Roberts announced in May 2022 that he had called upon the Marshal of the Court to investigate after a document was leaked to Politico the day before.
“Although the document described in yesterday’s reports is authentic, it does not represent a decision by the Court or the final position of any member on the issues in the case,” Roberts said at the time in a statement.
Roberts called the leak a “singular and egregious breach” of trust but defended the court’s workforce and integrity, insisting that it won’t undermine its operation.
“To the extent this betrayal of the confidences of the Court was intended to undermine the integrity of our operations, it will not succeed. The work of the Court will not be affected in any way,” Roberts insisted.
Over the summer, the initial focus was on some three dozen law clerks who work directly with the justices, according to Fox News, and those clerks were asked to turn over their phones.
However, the Marshal’s report states that the investigation team has been “unable to identify a person responsible by a preponderance of the evidence.”

Everyone knows that the leak was, at a minimum, approved if not leaked by John Roberts.

Roberts has disappointed from his first decision. His bizarre positions, make the idea of him being blackmailed because his adoption of his children was done illegally seem possible. If that were true, that would make him a true monster for putting himself before the American citizens!

Only the “law clerks” are mentioned as suspects. One of the women who opposed the decision most certainly leaked the decision. “Behind the back” is as female as pregnancy.
I had read some time ago that some suspected that Roberts did it, in an effort to get one of the conservative justices to cave under leftist media pressure. As it turned out, they wouldn’t cave, even under credible death threats and some attempts.
I am inclined to believe that scenario.

Roberts tried to get the other 5 conservative Justices to change their minds. They all said no. Roberts leaked it. I guess he didn’t think some nimrod would try and kill a Justice.

That would have been step one in any defense lab or project. EVERYBODY with access to the leak should have been wired up within hours.
Robert’s had the Marshall do the investigation because HE is the source of the leak.
