Legendary Wrestler ‘The Undertaker’ Credits Wife for Restoring His Relationship With Jesus During Hall of Fame Speech

Legendary wrestler “The Undertaker” credited his wife for restoring his relationship with Jesus Christ during his WWE Hall of Fame speech on Friday.

As Breitbart reported, wrestler Mark Calaway spoke of his family during comments about his induction into the esteemed museum and took special notice of his wife and former wrestler Michelle McCool.

In a clip shared by a Twitter user, Calaway can be seen pacing the ring as McCool looks on along with their daughter.

“I think the greatest thing that you’ve ever done for me, though, is restore my relationship with my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ,” Calaway declared as the crowd erupts into applause.

In a Jan. 2021 interview with Pastor Ed Young during the C3 Christian Conference, Calaway explained how he found God.

Calaway said that McCool was “terrified” of him and another wrestler “Kane,” when she first came to WWE, presumably due to their in-ring personas.

“I always told guys, don’t date people” that you work with, Calaway said during the interview, but that he eventually broke his own rule.

Calaway said that after they began dating, McCool started going to church and she eventually urged him to come with her.

“She pushed me and I went reluctantly, but once I got there… I found myself (thinking) this is pretty cool,” Calaway explained.
