Fox News contributor and civil rights attorney Leo Terrell weighed in yesterday on the situation that occurred with ex-Kentucky swimmer turned “Save Women’s Sports” activist Riley Gaines.
Terrell said that he believes Gaines should sue and pursue criminal charges after the violent leftist attack that took place.
The comments from Terrell came in response to a Fox News article that reported that Gaines’ agent has demanded the expulsion of San Francisco State students involved in the “assault.”
Terrell declared in a quote tweet, “Attention #RileyGaines has a slam dunk lawsuit against her attackers. Moreover criminal charges are warranted.”

As was reported in the Fox News article, a video shared by Gaines to social media Thursday night showed her being surrounded by a large group of people after she delivered a speech on the university’s campus about women’s sports.
Twitter user Billboard Chris shared a video from the situation and said, ” Look at what this cult has done to our youth.”
“@Riley_Gaines_ was barricaded in a room at San Francisco State University Thursday night after she was assaulted following a speech to students about saving women’s sports,” he reported.
He insisted, “Trans activists are growing increasingly unhinged. We need to step on the gas and go harder.”

Bremer told Fox News that “Violence and threats against women are always wrong, and we demand SFSU expel any students who were violent.”
“Furthermore, we demand that any staff who were present who did not attempt to end the assault on Riley also be fired,” Bremer added, and that Gaines was evaluating her options.
