Man Who Claimed Self Defense in Killing of BLM Protester Found Guilty After Being Indicted by Soros Linked DA, Elon Musk: ‘Sounds Messed Up’

Army Sgt. Daniel Perry has been convicted of killing Garret Foster, a BLM protester. Perry had claimed self-defense for the reason he shot Foster. Perry claimed that Foster who was carrying a gun during the protest aimed that gun at him, and he fired his gun out of self-defense.

Greg Price shared the news on Twitter, “The lead detective in the case concluded it was a justifiable homicide. So did the Austin police department. Yet Soros-funded Travis County DA Jose Garza indicted him anyway and was accused by the detective of withholding evidence from the grand jury and witness tampering”

Twitter CEO Elon Musk replied, “Sounds messed up”

Some on Twitter are calling for Gov. Greg Abbott to pardon Perry.

@RealRaster tweeted, “If Abbott doesn’t give the man a full pardon; then Abbott is endorsing the false prosecution. Good for Tucker for holding Abbott’s wheels to the fire. But I have my doubts Abbott will stand up for the guy anytime soon.”

TPUSA ambassador Kambree shared, “Abbott rejected going on Tucker tonight and talking about it. They handed it over to Ken’s office. If we know Ken, he will look into this!”

Kyle Rittenhouse shared his thoughts on the news, “This is very disappointing my thoughts are with Mr. Perry and his family. He was justified in defending his own life when an AK-47 was pointed at him and he doesn’t not deserve to be in jail”

A picture was shared of Foster from the night he was shot. In the picture, Foster is pointing his loaded AK-47 at Daniel Perry. This is the action that Perry said led him to shoot Foster in what he claimed was self-defense.

Rittenhouse replied to the image, “Daniel Perry defend his life. He is now sitting in jail waiting to be sentenced. @GovAbbott needs to step in and do the right thing.”

It seems likely that Perry will appeal this decision. We will see what actions happen next.
