Louisiana Congressman-elect Luke Letlow has unfortunately passed away today from COVID-19 at the young age of 41. the sad news was reported from election Wizard via their Twitter account.

Andrew Bautsch, who was Letlow’s campaign manager released the following statement today, “Congressman-elect Luke Letlow, 41, passed away this evening at Ochsner-LSU Health Shreveport due to complications from COVID-19. Letlow was admitted into a Monroe Hospital on December 19 after testing positive for the coronavirus and was transferred to Ochsner-LSU Health on Tuesday, December 22, and placed in intensive care.”

Letlow becomes just one of the reportedly 366,000 U.S. citizens to die from this deadly disease which has caused much suffering for Americans and everyone around the world. We can only hope and pray this disease leaves our planet and the suffering comes to an end.
