Former co-host of ABC’s “The View,” Meghan McCain today weighed in after reports that Nancy Pelosi’s husband, Paul Pelosi was attacked in their San Fransisco home.
McCain declared in a tweet, “I feel absolutely sick, horrified and disgusted about the news of Paul Pelosi.”
“What in God’s name is happening in this country?!” McCain wondered.
McCain then urged that “Everyone join me and send support, love, prayers, anything you can to Speaker Pelosi, her husband and the entire Pelosi family.”
“This is a broken world,” McCain lamented.
However, leftists weren’t satisfied with McCain’s tweet and fired back at her in reply. One referenced Dem U.S. Senate candidate John Fetterman and asked, “But making fun of a man who has had a stroke is not contributing to the problem, right?”
McCain had previously said in a tweet on the night of the debate between Fetterman and his opponent Dr. Mehmet Oz that she believed Fetterman’s “staff isn’t serving their principle well or in good conscience… “
Another lectured, “How about a little introspection from you and Ben?! What is your role over the years to stoke the stories, lies and half truths that help people justify these violent actions. Your voices drive consequences even if you do not pull the trigger!”
“The people you defend and support have embolded a world where this is tolerated and even encouraged. Whether its Paul Pelosi or Gretchen Whitmire or womever. Call it out, or the trends won’t be reversible.” another told McCain.

The assailant has been identified as David DePape, who has been described as a former Castro nudist protester.

It is a “broken world” Meghan when a person can evade alarms, cameras and locks, strip down to his underwear and use a hammer to attack an old man. Makes you wonder what are we told to believe next?
