Megyn Kelly Rips Don Lemon For His Latest Outburst, Wonders How Much Longer is CNN Going to Allow This to go on

Megyn Kelly again ripped Don Lemon yesterday after his latest outburst and wondered how much longer is CNN going to allow this to go on.

In a tweet, Kelly shared an article that reported on a recent exchange that Lemon had with one of his co-hosts on CNN “This Morning.”

Co-host Poppy Harlow tried to move on from an interview that co-host Kaitlin Collins had with U.S. House Rep James Comer (R-KY) and send the program into the scheduled commercial break.

Lemon, however, appeared to take offense to the way she did so and stopped the music that began playing to lecture how “American people are going to have to suffer through all of this stuff from election deniers to people who don’t believe in facts.”

It is possible that something was said to Lemon about what transpired as he later said in the show, “As I was watching that very good interview by Kaitlin Collins with Comer, and I had to come out and say something because he is citing sources as credible that are not credible, he is talking about facts of something that’s kind of flexible, and maybe you believe one thing or maybe another, facts are facts.”

In a tweet, Kelly declared, “I have co-anchored w/the best of them. Never has a colleague so disrespectfully tried to ‘correct’ my interview on the air or ‘mansplain’ to me how I did it all wrong-in front of the audience no less!”

“CNN-how much longer are u going to allow this to go on?” Kelly wondered and in a reply, she added, “Good for @PoppyHarlowCNN for standing up for her colleague.”

Kelly previously chastised Lemon on her Sirius XM podcast over a tantrum that Lemon reportedly had with Collins in December.

After watching the clip that ultimately reportedly led to the spat between Lemon and Collins, Kelly said, “It’s all about servicing the audience if you’re a professional. If you’re a douchebag, you scream at the woman next to you and blame it on her.”

“If somebody ever screamed at me to the point where I was visibly upset and ran out of the studio, I would have that person fired. I would make sure that person was fired,” Kelly insisted.

Additionally, Kelly speculated she didn’t think it was the first time that Lemon has behaved that way and that if the New York Post dug further, they could likely find more potential victims.

“If that is true, the New York Post‘s report, Jesse, then I will say that’s not the first time he’s done it. I will go out on a limb right now and tell you: that’s not the first time,” Kelly explained.
