Mike Pompeo Signals Disloyalty to Donald Trump as he Appears Unamused at ‘Ron DeSanctimonious’ Joke

Former President Donald Trump tried out a nickname for Florida Governor Ron DeSantis this weekend calling him, ‘Ron Sanctimonious’. This spurred a reaction from many people on the right and the left.

Many on the left were happy to see it and many on the right were uncomfortable with it.

There is speculation that both Trump and DeSantis may run for the GOP nomination for the 2024 election. Trump, it is being reported may announce his bid later this month.

Former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo shared his support for DeSantis on Twitter after a video of Trump trying out the nickname made the rounds on social media. Pompeo shared:

“Not tired of winning. @GovRonDeSantis you’ve proven conservative policies work. Florida is better for it. Vote for @GovRonDeSantis”

On Sunday while at his ‘Save America’ rally in Miami Trump told Floridians to re-elect DeSantis as their governor, squashing some of the tension that has been propagated on social media.

While DeSantis may run, he may not, he has surely put out feelers considering running for the 2024 GOP nomination. Ads are being run on tv calling for him to run. Currently, DeSantis is facing his re-election bid this Tuesday against former Governor of Florida Charlie Crist.

Crist has slid over to the Democrat side and is wanting to be governor again this time with a D beside his name instead of an R.

Things could get interesting with the results of midterms it appears we will be seeing some announce their bids for 2024.

“The Hill” put out a piece implying a connection between Pompeo’s tweet and Trump’s recent nickname for DeSantis.

  1. Many of us who lost a lot of friends and family stumping for Trump are disgusted at his Narcissistic School Yard Bully Tactics and his refusal to denounce the deadly shot, even after they voted to put it on the Child Shot schedule.

I will Gladly Vote For DeSantis, who can actually Discern the Snakes.
