Moderate GOP Gov Demands Apology from Biden for Comparing Trump Supporters to ‘Semi-Fascists’

Many think that Joe Biden, who campaigned as a uniter, went too far when he compared Trump supporters to “semi-fascists” in a recent speech.

The list now includes moderate GOP Governor Chris Sununu (NH), who appeared today on CNN’s “State of the Union” and demanded an apology.

Sununu told co-host Dana Bash, “The fact that the President would go out and just insult half of America … effectively call half of America semi-fascist because he’s trying to stir up controversy, he’s trying to stir up this anti-Republican sentiment right before the election.”

“It’s horribly inappropriate and people should be insulted by it and he should apologize,” Sununu insisted.

Liberals responded to the interview, predictably, with shock and horror, expressing their concerns via Twitter.

One “Pro Abortion” Twitter user responded to a tweet by the “State of the Union” Twitter page containing an article on the comments, “We get it, CNN – you’ve been told to skew your coverage in favor of the GOP. We get it.”

Another left-wing Twitter user wondered, “Wait a minute….isn’t this the same Republican Party whose members regularly call Democrats ‘socialist,’ ‘marxist’ and ‘communist.’ ?”

“I guess they can dish it out but can’t take it….Especially when it’s the truth,” the user added.

In a separate tweet, Twitter user John Collins wondered, “CNN, are you being held against your will?”

“Blink twice if you need help,” Collins urged.

It seems that many on the left are fed up with CNN no longer being a left-wing propaganda machine for them, which leaves the network in a precarious place after previously ostracising those on the right.
