New York’s Governor Andrew Cuomo appeared on CNN after and said that “if Trump ordered a federal quarantine it would be a ‘declaration of war’. I don’t think the President is looking to start a lot of wars with a lot of states”

Recently, a piece from liberal scientist Yaneer Bar-Yam published in the USA Today called for an “immediate national 5 week lock-down” so it is surprising to see Cuomo pushing back on the suggestion.
