Pelosi Slammed by Marjorie Greene for ‘Framing Budget Cuts to Keep USPS Viable’ as ‘Election Meddling’

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Senate Minority leader Chuck Schumer, and two other Democratic Congressional leaders, released a statement today calling on the Postmaster General Louis DeJoy and the Chairman of the Postal Service Board of Governors Robert Duncan to testify about what they call “Postal Service Sabotage.”

Georgia Congressional candidate Marjorie Greene slammed Nancy Pelosi for “framing budget cuts to keep USPS viable as ‘election meddling.'” She said that Pelosi has no business sense, due to the USPS monetary losses since 2007.

She continued that Pelosi doesn’t actually have “much sense at all. Pelosi would rather pass socialist policies like The Green New Deal, Medicare For All, and Accountable Capitalism & send the US into a Socialist hell hole. That would end America as we know it!”

Greene believes that “It takes successful business leaders” like President Trump and herself, “who LOVE America, to stop the hate America leftist from destroying our great country! Not going to let it happen! Now matter how much the fake news media cries about me.”

On Friday, Pelosi released a joint statement with Schumer and said that “The Postal Service is a pillar of American Democracy. President Trump’s assault on USPS threatens to starve it of the funds that it needs to deliver Americans’ absentee ballots.”

She claimed that “The President’s actions and even his own words confirm: he needs to cheat to win.”

In the statement, they said that “House and Senate Democrats call on the President to immediately cease his assault on the Postal Service, make clear that he will allow the 2020 election to proceed without his sabotage tactics and enable the American people the same opportunity he and the First Lady requested this week to vote by absentee ballot.”
