Senator Ted Cruz had offered to argue PA GOP case in front of the Supreme Court earlier this week. Just this evening it looks as though President Trump has asked him to do the same for the Texas lawsuit that was docketed on the 8th.
This wouldn’t be the first time Cruz has argued in front of the highest court of the land. As Solicitor General of Texas Cruz argued 9 cases before the Supreme Court though the results of those cases were a mix for Cruz.
President Trump sent out his Thanks to the states that have filed briefs in support of the Texas lawsuit. “Wow! At least 17 States have joined Texas in the extraordinary case against the greatest Election Fraud in the history of the United States. Thank you!”
