Report: Donald Trump Likely to be Indicted Wednesday and Appear in Court Next Week

According to a source of the DailyMail, former President Donald Trump shared “there will be no arraignment this week.”

Trump is expected to be indicted on Wednesday but won’t go before a judge likely until next week sometime.

Trump is currently in Florida, and an indictment from the Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg is expected tomorrow. The DA’s office will then reach out to Trump and his Secret Service detail to make the arrangements for his surrender according to the DailyMail source.

It is anticipated that he will fly to New York and be arraigned, fingerprinted, and get a mugshot taken.

New York City and Washington D.C. are preparing for possible demonstrations following the anticipated indictment coming from the Manhattan D.A. over alleged hush money payments made to porn star Stormy Daniels.

In a New York Police Department memo, officers were told Tuesday is a “high alert day” and that there were no credible threats at the time. Trump had shared he expected to be arrested on Tuesday over the weekend.

It was also shared by Donald Trump’s lawyer that he is not “scared” about the indictment but “sad”.

“No, he’s not scared,” shared Trump attorney Alina Habba.“He’s sad [about] what’s going on.”

Some with Trump Derangement Syndrome can’t way to see the former president arrested. Many others view this as a partisan political move. Even comedian Chris Rock joked that arresting Trump will only make him more popular.
