Romney Tells Trump to Stop Tweeting ‘Baseless Accusations’ About His Friend Scarborough

Mitt Romney criticized President Trump today for his continued attacks on MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough calling them “baseless accusations.” He said that he wasn’t worried about Scarborough, but claims the widow of the woman that Trump believes Scarborough may have killed shouldn’t have to see them.

I know Joe Scarborough. Joe is a friend of mine. I don’t know T.J. Klausutis. Joe can weather vile, baseless accusations but T.J.? His heart is breaking. Enough already.

Trump had tweeted out this morning, before Romney responded, saying that Scarborough is “rattled” and that “facts are coming out on the internet about opening a Cold Case.” Romney is apparently not interested in hearing about that.

Psycho Joe Scarborough is rattled, not only by his bad ratings but all of the things and facts that are coming out on the internet about opening a Cold Case. He knows what is happening!

Yesterday, Trump called Scarborough a “total Nut Job” and said there were “many unanswered & obvious questions.” He asked if “Law enforcement” would “bring them up.”

The opening of a Cold Case against Psycho Joe Scarborough was not a Donald Trump original thought, this has been going on for years, long before I joined the chorus. In 2016 when Joe & his wacky future ex-wife, Mika, would endlessly interview me, I would always be thinking about whether or not Joe could have done such a horrible thing? Maybe or maybe not, but I find Joe to be a total Nut Job, and I knew him well, far better than most. So many unanswered & obvious questions, but I won’t bring them up now! Law enforcement eventually will?
